We have been re-working our cooking classes, and will post more classes this fall. Typically, prices range from $15-25/person, and includes the class, copy of recipes, and tasting of the recipes produced.
We Do Floor Demonstrations
Stop by the market throughout the week to learn more about all things food. We run demonstrations regularly. Most demonstrations are in the afternoon, and are free and open to the public. See how we break down a wheel of Parmigiano-Reggiano, a side of pork, or make some simple side salads.
