We're hiring a Kitchen Manager! What does that entail, you ask?
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all activities within the kitchen. This includes employee scheduling, food production planning, recipe development and controls, and inventory tracking. The Kitchen Manager reports to the General Manager and works closely with the Sales Manager. The Kitchen Manager must have kitchen experience in a restaurant environment.
