Front of House Team

Our Front of House team members are responsible for the customer experience.  It is your responsibility to ensure every customer feels welcome, and help them have an enjoyable experience.  FOH team members also address any questions or concerns of the customer.  Front of house members may be trained in multiple FOH positions, and should be ready to learn about our unique food, hard to find craft beers, and highly touted wines, with the ultimate goal to master these areas.

Front of house positions areas include:

Beer Hall Server (Must have valid IN state server permit)

Busser/Runner (Open to all ages.  Server permit not required)

Coffee Bar (Makes coffee drinks, serves Gelato, helps polish & prep service ware)

Beer Hall Bartender (keeps drinks a flowing.  Must have valid IN state server permit)

Wine Bar  Bartender/Server (shared position, weekends only)

Kitchen Team

Kitchen Team members are responsible for all of the prepared food items in the market.  They prep, assemble, and cook all the delicious food for our two dining areas.  It is the responsibility of the Kitchen Team to ensure quality food is produced in a timely and efficient manner, to help manage inventory, and to follow necessary food safety requirements.  The Kitchen Team is small, and we value team members that are willing and able to cross train in different areas.*

Kitchen Team member positions include:

Daytime prep (also assists with lunch/dinner service) 

Weekend Lunch Service (includes Sunday Brunch)

Evening Line cook (works with both beer hall and wine bar menus) 

Pastry/Bread

Upkeep Team

The Upkeep Team is responsible for ensuring a clean and efficient operation.  Upkeep Team members will be responsible for all aspects of cleanliness and order, including floor cleanliness, debris removal, sanitation, and ware-washing activities.  Upkeep Team members will be expected to cover multiple areas within a shift, and work closely with both the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure safe operation.

Upkeep Team member areas include:

Dish washing, bussing, and organization

Floor cleaning and waste/debris/recycling removal

Restroom and kitchen cleaning and sanitation

Exterior maintenance & cleanliness
