Sourdough Hearth Breads

We hand mix our 100% sourdough breads, and slow proof them for 18-24 hours to allow them to develop flavor. We then hearth bake them in our bread oven until they get a deep auburn-brown color, with a touch of darkness at the scores.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS for SOURDOUGH breads must be received BEFORE 9am for the FOLLOWING DAY. Orders received after 9am will be delayed an extra day.
—There is a minimum quantity of 3 loaves for all SOURDOUGH breads.—

HOUSE: Literally our house sourdough. Using our 5+ year old starter, we hand mix this simple bread with only flour, water, and salt. Using time to develop flavor and structure, we look for an open, irregular crumb.

BAGUETTE: Using the same dough as our house sourdough, we carefully shape the dough into a classic baguette shape, and bake at a super high temperature to give us that deep, rich auburn color.

PEPPER PARM: Using our house sourdough, we fold in real Italian Parmigiano and cracked black pepper.

CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR: Similar to our Pepper Parm, but with more kick. We fold in real Tillamook Cheddar chunks and Chipotle peppers for a smokey, cheesey zing

CRAN RAISIN: After folding in pounds of cranberries and raisins, we fold in brown sugar and cinnamon just before baking, to provide a sweet boost to this sourdough.
