Similar to our Pepper-Parm, but with a little smokey pop from the chipotle peppers. We add a blend of medium and extra sharp cheddar plus those tasty smoky chipotle peppers to our house sourdough.
The one everyone loves. We fill our classic house loaf with over 1/4 lb of real Italian Parmigiano-Reggiano, and course cracked pepper to make this bread that is perfect with grilled meats, pasta, or as a meal on its own.
A tasty combination for any meal, this sweet sourdough is perfect for brunch. Tart cranberries offsets the sweetness of raisin and a subtle swirl of cinnamon and brown sugar rounds out the flavor.
We add slowly roasted cloves of garlic and a blend of Italian herbs to this popular sourdough loaf. This is a perfect side to roasted or grilled meats, and the leftovers can be toasted up with a little salt to make the best croutons ever.
A variation of our house sourdough with cocoa, chocolate, and dried cherries. Perfect for late afternoon or night snacking, and amazing with coffee when toasted with butter…
We add a little yeast to our classic sourdough recipe and give this loaf some extra mixing to tighten up the crumb, which makes this loaf idea for grilled sandwiches. This loaf is huge, weighing over 3 lbs.
Mini rolls that are perfect for sliders or as dinner rolls. Same recipe as our classic hamburger buns, just in a smaller format. (Snowflake rolls are flour coated, with no egg)
Cakes, Pies, and Other Baked Delights
Your choice of chocolate, vanilla, or swirl cake. We make the cake in house from scratch, and decorate to order.
1/4 sheet serves about 12-16 people. 1/2 sheet serves double. That’s good math ;-)
